The magnets are extremely strong and have no problem holding my knives. It is a nice looking magnetic block, substantial in weight, and it handles our knife selection perfectly.

sturdy knife block
This item was purchased to replace a traditional knife block in an effort to create more counter space in my small kitchen. After using it for nearly 2 months, I am convinced that I made a wise decision for something which at first sight seemed like an unconventional utility. For safety, it’s best to face blades away from you when inserting in universal slots. It’s smart looking and easy to clean!
