Toilet looks good but had several failures flushing number two’s. Anyone else found this??

This toilet is amazing! It is very quiet when flushed, yet is powerful. It comes with it’s own device (in the tank) and it looks different than anything I have seen. This one is chair height so it is a lot easier to get on and off.
