HOW TO ENTER
1. Shop online at www.nzhomeware.co.nz and automatically go in the draw to win up to $500 NZHomeware Gift Voucher.
2. Visit www.nzhomeware.co.nz to complete an online purchase to automatically go in the prize draw.
3. There is one entry per transaction. No limit to the number of entries per person during the promotional period.
4. The promotion commences from NOW until Saturday 31st December 2023 ("Promotion Period"). Entries are strictly only valid on online purchases only between these dates.
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. Ensure that you retain your receipt as proof of purchase to verify your entry. Loss of this may result in ineligibility to claim the Prize.

PRIZES
1. All entrants go in the draw to win different value Gift Voucher.(Up to $500)
2. The NZHomeware Gift Voucher with unique code will be delivered to the Winners via e-mail.

HOW TO REDEEM
1. Gift Voucher are redeemable for goods and services sold on the NZHomeware website only. (www.nzhomeware.co.nz).
2. Gift Voucher can be redeemed in whole of a payment only. Unredeemed values will be considered abandoned.
3. No change will be given on purchases made using Gift Voucher.
4. Gift Voucher are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Gift Voucher cannot be replaced and NZHomeware will not be responsible for any Gift Card that may be lost, stolen, damaged, or sent to an incorrectly entered email address
6. Please note that Gift Voucher expire 1 years (12 months) from date of receipt and cannot be redeemed online at www.nzhomeware.co.nz.

PRIZE DRAW
1. “Winner” is defined as the person whose name is drawn in the prize draw held from NOW until Saturday 31st December 2023 (Unclaimed Prize Draw).
2. Winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries on a monthly basis. Prizes will be awarded to the first three (3) valid entries.
3. The winner will be notified via contact number or email submitted with their online order within one (1) day of the prize draw. The winner must respond within a week or the prize will be forfeited, and another winner drawn.
4. If the Prize remains unclaimed over a week the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw on next month in order to award Prize (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”). The new Winner will be contact on the phone number or email address submitted with their online order within one (1) days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. The new Winner will be subject to the same terms and conditions of this competition.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any notification that is misdirected, lost or damaged, or if the Winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect details being provided.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
1. By accepting a Prize, the Winner agrees that the Promoter may use the Winner’s name, town/city and photograph for publicity purposes relating to this promotion, including on packaging, or in public relations and marketing material, in any form of media, without payment or any other compensation.
2. The Promoter collects and uses personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter will disclose this information to third parties only for the purpose of this Promotion, and otherwise only in accordance with its Privacy Policy (nzhomeware.co.nz/privacy).

FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms as amended or modified from time to time.
2. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older; and (ii) are not employees of a NZHomeware Store, the Promoter, or a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the Promotion.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity and eligibility of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these terms.
4. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. The Promoter’s decision on any matter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. If Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of Prize) with a prize equal to or greater in value.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms at any time.
