Ordered this wall mounted mixer for a project that would start months later. Finally when that time came I set it up I noticed everything looked and functioned fine but one of the plates was too small for the mixer valve. I made a quick inquiry and they quickly responded and sent me out a replacement. Nothing beats that. Quick and fast customer service is very important aside from a quality product.
