Do I need induction-compatible cookware?
No. As an infrared ceramic cooktop, it works with most flat-bottom pans—iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, glass and ceramics.
What voltage does it require? Can I use it in 120V regions?
It's rated 220–240V, 50/60 Hz. Do not plug into 120V outlets; use only where 220–240V is available.
Why does the fan keep running after I switch it off?
That's by design: the internal fan continues briefly to cool the unit and then turns off automatically—this is not a defect.
Is there electromagnetic radiation like on induction hobs?
No. The unit uses infrared heating (no EM induction field) and offers dual heating rings you can switch between for different pot sizes and recipes.
